Concept drawings and specification, with a building consent lodged at Auckland Council where the scope requires one.

Construction

Your LBP-led crew builds to programme, with scheduled walkthroughs so you always know what's happening next.

P-04

Handover & Aftercare

Final inspections, Code Compliance Certificate, and a walkthrough before we hand back the keys.
